Terms and conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK only who are aged 16 years or over, except employees and their families of Johnson & Johnson Ltd and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. This promotion starts on 10th August 2010 (the "Start Date") and closes at 12 pm on 31st October 2010 (the "Closing Date") ("the Promotion Period"). No purchase is required for entry. Entries received after the Closing Date will be treated as if never received.
3. An entry will only be considered valid upon full completion of all items marked with an asterisk (*) on the entry form.
4. The JOHNSON's^® team are providing the first 25,000 entrants who submit a request for "free sample please" via http://apps.facebook.com/gentleometer, and who fully complete the sections of the entrance form marked with an asterisk (*), provided such application is received by the JOHNSON's® team during the Promotion Period. Once the JOHNSON's® team have received 25,000 valid entries, no further Products will be awarded.
5. Any entry that fails to comply with these rules will be deemed invalid.
6. There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Product for item(s) of equivalent value.
7. The Products will be dispatched within 30 days of the Closing Date.
8. Only one entry is permitted per person.
9. The Promoter will make the names and county of residence of the winners available on written request to the Promoter via SAE, FAO Consumer Support Team, within 14 days of the Closing Date.
10. The Promoter will have final say in any dispute over the application of these rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. By taking part in this Promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold the prizes without liability if in its view the participant is ineligible, the entry is invalid or the winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its control.
13. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for damaged, delayed or lost entries nor for any technical delays or faults leading to a failure to enter including, but not limited to, computer or printing errors.
14. Details of participants shall be retained by the Promoter for the purpose of this Promotion only unless the participant has consented for the Promoter to use their information for other purposes, in accordance with Paragraphs 15 and 16 below..
15. Should the participant tick the consent box to receive future information from the Promoter, the Promoter will retain relevant data and reserves the right to contact the participant with other promotions, offers and communications from the Johnson's^® brand. The participant can, at any time, withdraw this consent by filling a request in the "contact us" section of the johnsonsbeauty.co.uk website.
16. Entries cannot be returned.
17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to participants in relation to this Promotion and the prizes awarded.
18. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
